I think it is unlikely that a planet9 would exist. It is because the same requirement on which Pluto failed. The distances are too big, a planet should have an extreme mass to clean up its orbit.
Although I am surprised, what would happen if, for example, a Jupiter-mass, black body would be found in 3 Neptune distance. Would it be said that it is only an asteroid because it could not clean up the Kuiper belt?

When it comes to developing low latency software systems, the received wisdom is that you would be crazy to use anything but C++ because anything else has too high a latency. But I’m here to convince you of the opposite, counter-intuitive, almost heretical notion: that when it comes to achieving low latency in software systems, Java is better.
