@kimholder Well, it was published in 2000, so they might still be working on adding old papers to their archive.
here you go
@Phiteros 8D thankyou!
yeah - it has some good stuff, but i wouldn't want to pay $30 for that :P
@JerardPuckett yeah, that was linked under a question about it here too. so far what i don't understand is how the first explosion got its fuel. It looks like it needed a lot of fuel, and yet it seems to be from the edge of the stage, not the interior
@Phiteros i was trying to remember the name of that service... bookmarked it now :]

Ooh I just learned that a Parachute malfunction saved Soyuz 18A
if it detached after touchdown, the capsule would have rolled to a cliff

@kimholder The domain they use changes every once in a while when it gets taken down

@JerardPuckett Of course Scott Manely is the most experienced guy to interview when it turns to exploding rockets .p

@Antzi only a person's points determines what they can do. If an answer is posted that should be a comment, we can convert it to one, but we don't grant permissions. Usually it is the system that automatically removes privileges too, except for the rare case of a suspension.
Okay, now i want an old Soyuz of my very own.
@kimholder With so many lying around, just need to find a Russia oligrach with some pull to get one, I imagine.
@geoffc i'm afraid i've lost touch with all the ones i used to know.
i got into a big hockey argument with them one day. i should have known better.
@kimholder Swedes are worse about hockey.
Well, Swedes are known for their stubborn defense of their viewpoints :)

@kimholder I thought you could do that
@kimholder can you give me again the link the user provided ?
If you followed every sub link, there was lots and lots of informations, exceeding the current answers
@Antzi Nope. It's all according to the privileges that come with points space.stackexchange.com/help/privileges
@Antzi about what?
His answer mostly consisted of a link to a forum
discussing the same question I asked
From there you could find
1) a non exhaustive list of location
oh - i think that is in the answer now, isn't it?
2) Information about ownership
16:08
thx
Yes that one
it's now the 2nd link in Jan's answer, which is why the comment was deleted as obsolete
I wish i could give some points to that user, I hope he'll come back
yes, i hope so too. But he seemed content to not fully answer, and understood the difference between a real answer and a simple link posting.
Altho Horsh answer is going above and beyond
great photos :)

And he is studying aerospace which is highly desirable both for his potential questions than answers :p
That's the trick on Aviation/Space stack exchange: include a picture yields at least 200% more votes :p
it definitely helps. but this power must be used wisely ;]
I saw a few questions / answers where the picture was completely unrelated
Kind of "it's a plane, it's cool, so it's ok"
But seriously, how many up votes would this question get without the picture ? aviation.stackexchange.com/questions/23801/…
:D looks like mins just wanted to go on about it because it's so cool
Ok time to sleep
nighty night
16:20
Maybe I'll do a follow up question tomorrow on how to retrieve a landed soyuz from the middle of nowhere :p
heheheh - for no particular reason :)

@Antzi ok, for good or ill, i am now tracking how long you sleep : /

Every once in a while I find weird stuff like this

Q: Questions concerning nuclear weapons

Anuj Sanghvi Is it real that aliens are trying to defuse our nuclear weapons? We know what is the effect of one atom bomb, we saw that in Japan. How many more times powerful is a nuclear bomb than an atom bomb? What effects would a nuclear bomb have on a country of the size like France given that it is blown...

if only it were true...
i mean the aliens that defuse stuff for us
