@Robusto I wish that's all we had. Add cost savings initiatives that spend a dollar to save a cent, short-staffing, and a new project that will take thousands of man hours on top of day-to-day and you have mine.
@Mitch - you made me laugh twice. Once at the "old fashioned idea" of "boks"; the other at the idea of being "bored all the time, just staring off into space while you had to wait for people". That they should strike me as equally amusing should tell you something about the ED. :)

@medica It's a bit delicate. There is a frame underneath and the front and back are firmly attached. The sides, however, are dangling from a couple hinges, and are easily knocked off.
