I'm talking with my co-worker in US. When he ask me "How are you?" I usually answer "I'm fine" but last time I tell him "I'm good" and he reply me "I'm glad to here that" It's look like I'm fine mean I'm OK but not quite well or it's good but not as good as "I'm good" I want to know what's the ...

That's called jumping to conclusions though. Have you considered asking the person in question if they actually distributed the writing, rather than assuming that it must've been done?

It's certainly a possible conclusion, but it's also a possible conclusion that no distribution happened.

On an unrelated note, I hate the verb "occur" because I can never remember whether the past tense has one or two rs in it.

Asking for advice is a far cry from sharing private correspondence.
