@JarekDuda Maybe you should try to focus your questions on math, cstheory, and mathoverflow more on the actual question for which you need help. Otherwise it gets difficult to answer your questions, especially if it remains unclear where you actually need help.

You mean you don't see how "testing two coloured graphs (where both vertices and edges are coloured) for isomorphism" is GI-complete? Or do you mean that you don't see how "testing if two matrices differ only by permutation" is basically just testing two coloured graphs for isomorphism?
