@DenisNardin I recently made this for some reason: people.math.harvard.edu/~dwilson/notes/infty-tutorial.pdf , which I think gives a nice jaunt through some things you'd like to know after ~ch.1 of HTT and before presentable stuff. I might expand it as time goes on, and it's pretty rough but... maybe someone'll find it helpful
