I was trying to understand Lemma 1.4.2.15 of people.math.harvard.edu/~lurie/papers/HA.pdf but it seems to me that the statement is not correct in assumption (2), as the domain of \eta_{\Sigma_C(\tau)} is not the target of \theta_\tau. Am I missing something or should we add a loop?
