@gerrit If it is open data that is being sought then I think the best place for it to be asked is at the
Open Data Stack Exchange. Processing data requests is something that the GIS community seems split on. In any event I don't think migration is the best option. I suggest closing it if it is off-topic for your site and suggest they look at whether it may be on-topic to ask at
Open Data first and
Geographic Information Systems second.
