Hello all users, this past week I was asking in a chat room of Physics Stack Exchange about gravitational geons (are an hypothetical object). A professor of the chat said (if I refer well his words) that it is very difficult (I emphasize the difficulty) to solve the Einstein's equations for gravitational geons. I would like to know if some professor of MathOverflow can to state or refer from the literature these equations for gravitational geons. Many thanks.
As reference I add that Wikipedia has an article with title Geon (physics) .
