@ThomasRot I wonder whether "Friday 2 september 17:00" in your post is a typo. It's probably too leta to start organizing meeting on September 2.

Making the post more noticeable was exactly the purpose of adding the featured tag - the post is now displayed in the community bulletin: chat.stackexchange.com/transcript/9369/2019/9/1
Although from Gerhard Paseman's message it seems that the CB is not shown on mobile version of the site.

Thank you for your help @Martin . I use the mobile interface now instead of the main one, and the bulletin does not show up there.
