@HarryGindi Well, I don't know, but tag-removed is a specific tag to be applied to off-topic questions, so I'm not quite sure how to understand your question. I looked in your tags and saw you answered a question where someone added that tag (incorrectly); is that what you're referring to? Or do you mean a tag that is now blacklisted? Can you point to where you saw it listed as "tag-removed"?
