None of your responses negate the fact that these are evidences of Christianity during the time of question..."Josephus was writing history." Of course, that's why he was important. Pliny reports the exact opposite of them disappearing, but that they are 1) very existent and 2) spreading rapidly. Also, he wouldn't have been asking for the advice he did on what to do with them if they were such a tiny group.
"Probably a library..." yes, of Christian writings by and about Christianity. That's why he shared that as evidence. And then you just ignore all the early Christian writings from the Apostolic Fathers because you don't like the content? Yes the content is very different than the NT because they have completely different goals.
Mostly, to defend the NT. The NT documents Jesus life and then gives teachings. The Apostalic Fathers expand on the teachings and defends the NT, which is why they quoted it so extensively.
