There is an undocumented (?) search parameter isanswered which serves the same purpose as the crossbow, and can be combined with tags etc. Specifically:
Can be combined with tags, for example with intags:mine to focus on one's favorite tags.
Incidentally, I posted a bug report about this search operator: it returns the questions with a zero-score accepted answer, which it shouldn't. The workaround is to include hasaccepted:no as I did above.
@quid slay post older than 2 months. Basically you find a post, answer it, and post it here. People review it and up vote if correct so the post is no longer unanswered.
Then many people let the authors know it is resolved. I don't since I think it takes away from others who may read it.
