@Enderland: OK. Now I understand the contextual difference. However In India some work environments there is a danger if you talk about only your mistakes they can think that you are alone responsible for project failure and it creates further negative impact. In Indian context you have to take the responsibility as well as when you say how it impacts others, no body thinks as you are making excuses or you are blaming others. Everybody can give benefit of doubt also.

I understand Chad's and yours point also. I will follow 100% yours and Chads when I go to US. But I would like to make point that things as it as doesn't work in Indian work environment. Some times it is dangerous also.

@Chad: My apologies if you feel offended. I respect your intelligence, your experiance and appreciate you helping nature and guidence. All I want to do is discussion and learning from you. At the same time give some insights about my work environment. Neverthless I have learned from this session and discussion.
