@ktye what web server do you use?
ktye.github.io is on github. for local testing i use "go run serve.go", see https://github.com/ktye/ktye.github.io/blob/master/serve.go
But my index.html has the wasm module embedded as a string and can load from a file url.

btw, i have a simple repl now
if you do "make k.wasm" and serve the project root with some web server, and request /k.html from a browser, it should display a usable k repl (no banners and prompts yet, so it's all black initially)

looks like I need clang-10
does it work with 9?
I do get the black background, I see that k.js loads k.wasm (compiled with clang-9) but I don't see any output to what I type.
my k.wasm is 692k, so maybe it does require clang-10?
I don't think clang-10 was ever backported to buster, but I can start a vm running unstable
