i wrote qr decomposition in k: https://github.com/ktye/i/blob/master/_/k/m.k
you can try online and load k files with \l (in this case \lm)
some functions do an n-loop over an inner function. is that good style? they need to pass state, that get's unpacked modified and packed again.
