What are the views of Ramakrishna Mission on the authenticity of bible and quran? if they do then is it supported by the life and teachings of Ramakrishna?
I am not sure what makes you ask this question. Hinduism scripture is rich enough to have custom and practices to follow in social life as well as Spiritual life. IMO there is no need to support or follow or have any view on the teachings of Bible or Quran. IMO Ramakrishna wouldn't even cared to express a view on these. So there is less chances that his mission also would have expressed any view.
I agree with Ramakrishna not caring about such stuff. But I read somewhere that RKM considers quran and bible holy along with Vedas ..So my question is aimed towards RKM followers.
@TheLittleNaruto also i doubt if Ramkrishnaites really consider themselves Hindu..at least not traditional Hindus
I think that would be unnecessary to think that Ramakrishna wouldn't consider themselves as Hindu. He was Hindu by birth and Hindu by practices. That should be enough.
@TheLittleNaruto so was Buddha...These distinction are drawn by fanatic followers not by saint themselves..I remember few years back RKM tried to reach legal conclusions for being separate from Hinduism..Their justification being Ramakrishna also practiced islam and christianity (which i highly doubt)
@TheLittleNaruto By the way,It is true that Ramakrishna Mission tried legally to become a separate religion from Hinduism. Its disheartening,as Ramakrishna considered himself Hindu till his last breath.
@VivekAditya ISKCON is wrongly criticized by many including so called Hindus by birth. I just don't understand why so much hatred is thrown at ISKCON and Srila Prabhupada.
