@DuarteFarrajotaRamos is this question really opinion-based? https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/221407/4k-250-frames-architectural-animation-is-it-possible-to-render

I would think an objective answer can be given: basically how much more expensive is a render farm (or a comparison between render farms) than rendering something on a GPU mentioned in the question.

Personally I don't have such knowledge (perhaps I could make some comparisons, but I would need to dig up quite deep to my rendering history) and I don't know if anyone has, but I think the problem comes down to a simple

@MarkusvonBroady well maybe not strictly a matter of "opinion", but rather insufficient information for an objective answer
without knowing the exact scene one can only make wild guesses. It also depends heavily on the chosen hardware to compare to a certain undisclosed renderfarm
with the provided information it is hard to make an informed guess. As for the matter of "Is it renderable?", as stated in my comment theoretically it is always renderable, other than memory constraints
everything else will veer to discussion of "how long is it acceptable to wait", which will be a matter of opinion or personal economic decisions which we can't really make for the OP
or perhaps the discussion of Renderfarm Vs Investing in hardware
If you think you can rephrase the question in such way that an objective answer can be written, feel free to edit it and either poke me here or in the comments
I'll take a look and reopen if you can provide such answer
Investing in GPU vs Renderfarms is an interesting discussion to have indeed, but It would be off topic on main, and probably very opinion based. I'm all for investing in a gpu, "paying rent" or subscriptions was never really my thing, but of course there are a lot of other factors
If you render enough volume to pay for you GPU is a significant factor, if you make use of the GPU for other things, like say gaming or mining bitcoins. If you need mobility on laptop or can afford to have a beefy desktop computer sitting at home/office is another factor.
Given current GPU shortages and hardware prices, paying for your GPU nowadays becomes a longer process, if can even get a hold of a decent one

Thanks for clearing this up, in general I agree, however I see a dim light at the end of the tunnel, where if the OP mentioned what render farm was used, one could do the work for him of estimating the time and electricity cost of rendering the same thing on the hardware mentioned in the question, or perhaps a general comparison could be somewhat accurate for most renders. But again, I'm unable to do the latter, sadly I don't have enough experience in the subject.
I ended up just writing a comment there on how I would approach the problem.

@MarkusvonBroady yeah, it would be a lot of work and not necessarily useful for anyone else other than the OP.
A broader comparison of various render farms and current hardware would indeed make for a nice table to have around.
It would probably still be off topic here, but it would definitely make for a very nice "canonical answer".
