I understand your desire to try to make finding dup easier, but like I wrote that does not justify a tag category like this.
PS if you all feel that tutorial tags are the way to go moving forward, then I wont stand in the way.

@David no sweat I have thick skin. Rename or delete as you wish I don't particularly care. But I can tell you that though it seems like is easy to spot the duplicates of this particular "tutorial" the search engine is not helpful at all. But I'm just a soul whose intentions are good...
