Our election starts tomorrow. (the pre-election phase) You will see a Q on meta.BSE asking for the question you want the candidates to answer.
The election should start ~ a week after that. So nominations start on the 15th (maybe).

@X-27thefluffyunicorn IMO doesn't matter either way. Before edit it had menu items for old and new, after just for new. Left in the old because that part in question needed fixing too..
