@CaptainObvious I can't decide if that is CNWAI - given the second paragraph:
> ...There is one for sure issue i'm having with music. At first i used an ogg file for music and it would play for about 10 seconds and stop. So I re-encoded it to mp5 and it seemed to fix the issue. But it still sometimes randomly stops without error and the music can't be restarted. The game keeps playing. I have never had this issue with SDL2 and C before so i am not sure what i causing it. I have also tried to push the music to a different thread but it doesn't seem to matter.
> I also have paranoia that it's not running at full speed all the time. I think i see it but it can also be completely in my head. Because i don't know if I'm running all these recursions correctly.
can anyone confirm my suspicion?

Please note that Stack Overflow is a place for asking specific questions and getting specific answers. It is not a place to ask for general advice. However, if your code appears to be working and you merely want a code review, then you may want to post it on Code Review. — Andreas Wenzel 55 secs ago

Q: On my python blackjack code, if you win on second draw, it skips to the third draw!

NathanI'm still new to python (4 weeks into my semester) but I wanted to write a blackjack program. I've been using replit to run it and it mostly works but there's a glitch that happens when the first card is a face card and the second is an ace or vice-versa. I declare that done = True if the current...

Q: ANTLR4 grammar for Conventional Commits spec

MichaelI would like to create a grammar for the Conventional Commits spec and I would love to hear any feedback for what I wrote. The spec has some ambiguities, I think, hence my usage of "island grammars" to avoid writing predicates and such, which would limit the parser to a certain language target. A...

I feel like this question is too opinion-based for Stackoverflow; I'd vote to close it. It might be better suited for codereview. — Finomnis 36 secs ago

Q: How to Optimize Functions and Reduce Code

ADFI have a code I use for our website and to note it works. I'm not the greatest with JQuery and currently looking to go back to school to learn more about coding. To explain the code it basically hides options and shows relevant choices when someone chooses an option (IE If "Oak" is selected, hide...

@EricPostpischil I suppose you mean something like 2.225073858507201...e-308. True, yet that supposes that the printf() is good enough to get the ultra precise conversion right and that double is binary64. If we assume those, then %.800g would have been more than sufficient and not an environmental limit risks, otherwise the possible outputs are less restrictive. IAC nice answer. — chux - Reinstate Monica 18 secs ago

Q: C macro based dynamic array library

DuckHunterZxThis library is a fork of eteran/c-vector. It is macro based, so that it is generic, without void pointers and additional functions. This of course means that it has the downsides of macros in C. The repository for the project is hosted here. It is still in its early stages, in the future I will ...

@Jean-LouGilbertas You can post you own answer. If you truly have working code now and looking for a review, consider Codereview and how-to-ask. — chux - Reinstate Monica 34 secs ago
