You're asking for a code review, which isn't what StackOverflow is for, really. If you have trouble getting something specific to work, or need to improve some specific aspect of this code, please edit your question to point that out. Otherwise, your question is more suited to codereview.stackexchange.comGrismar 25 secs ago

Q: Is my "insertion sort" correct?

manungsaI am writing an insertion sort code in C. But I am a bit confused if my algorithm is correct or not. //insertion sort algorithm #include <stdio.h> #include <stdlib.h> void insertion_sort(int size, int *arr); int main(void) { int *array; int size; printf("enter the amount of data: "...

Q: Change interface depending on if statement

Boro8eyThe code checks if the "field" field is empty, you need to use one model, otherwise the other. Is there a much better solution? if c.Query("field") != "" { var user models.UserModelOmitempty err = usersCollection.FindOne(ctx, bson.M{"_id": objId}, opts).Decode(&user) if e...

I suggest implementing your ideas to discover what the tradeoffs are, and updating this question with the code you've tried, if you get stuck. StackOverflow is better suited to fix broken code than to fix half-formed ideas. If you can produce working-but-suboptimal code, consider codereview.stackexchange.com for ideas on how to improve it. — jaco0646 11 secs ago

@pacmaninbw You flagged this as NAA, but what do you want me to do with it?
They are aware of the problem.
I can convert it to a comment (which wouldn't make sense here), apply the standard banner or delete it outright.
I've picked the banner, but it doesn't help much if there's already a comment that's clearer. I can't modify the banner.

@Mast What I would like to see is a follow up question, and I understand that you can't do that. Not sure the banner is really helpful. Perhaps I should have flagged it as low quality.
I hate group projects over the internet. I've done about a third of the work for 8 students, only 3 other students have responded at all.

Q: Is this an appropriate use of state monad? (Hangman game in haskell)

OlaBandolaI recently made a simple hangman game in Haskell but soon wanted to explore the state monad, since it could possibly simplify the code. The result was this (see below), which is exactly 30% more lines than not using the monad. My question is therefore: am I using the feature correctly? {-# LANGUA...

Q: Finding the cheapest path between two points using Dijkstra

Q: Golang RESTful API code and architecture

Boro8eyComplementing the question Change interface depending on if statement. I have some question: Should I make the "clean architecture" that I saw on Github? Would this be normal for a small (medium) project? Do I have any mistakes in writing "good" code? I'm using fiber and mongodb. Thank you in a...

@Mast We need to deliver a one to two page design doc specifying a motor controller. We didn't have any requirements. We put together about 30 requirements, we need to create a design that specifies word size, memory size, processor speed and peripherals. I'd say we are 60% done.

The last 20% is always the hardest.
Especially with group projects, since that's where you find out what the quality of your colleague's work is.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at your last observation.

You'll know after the deadline :-)

LOL.
I think I already have an A in the class, all of my programming assignments to date got 100%, all of my quizzes got 100%. Each of my written assignments got 100%. I have one ungraded programming assignment. By points alone I already have a B.

Q: Is there a better way? Help understanding the code? (python)

user19191583I have been using a website called 'CSNewbies' to learn python and one of the tasks was to create a way for a user to check how many days a country has been independent. Q: A (Sort of) Generic Stack Implementation in C using Macros

vim_overlordI spent some time implementing a generic stack in C using macros.
