@Steve It's okay. There are a lot of dinosaurs who seem to think that worth is measured in age rather than how much money you're making the company or how well you do your work.
@Cypher Sorry buddy, but you are wrong. This advice is just the truth. If you don't want to follow it then you're allowed to, but don't get upset when someone jumps above you in half your time.

@insidesin, part of the reason this has so many downvotes is because your responses are pretty aggressive (not even passive aggressive). You're calling people "dinosaurs", saying that you "dodged a bullet" working with someone, etc. Even if your answer had some valid points, you are not handling the discussion well at all.
