A brutal example is that if someone wants to kill you, you narrate getting pushed off a cliff.... into a river far below. It hurts, you lost what you wanted to accomplish, but you're alive.

If you want to stay in the scene, yeah, that's a good action.

That'd be a Create Advantage action.
