Maybe it is useful to mention also that search modifier user:me restricts the search to my own posts. And if you go to a user profile then the user:userid part is already prefilled in the top bar. (And this is also the way to find userid.) I was considering adding a second answer mentioning SEDE - including some queries. (An example: Recent questions from given users.)

Probably I should create also a few variations - for example, posts between two dates, posts in a given tag.
