Who will be dealing with "Daylight Savings Time" reversals, or changes in time zone over the coming few weeks??
For me, it's Nov. 4th. Then, voila, the UTC new day starts 6:00 pm for me, instead of 7:00 pm currently.

@amWhy it changes in Europe (most of it at least, I think) too. Should be one week earlier.
There is a project to abandon it though.
Now the issue is which time to keep.
