Ok my ptsd treatement begins....
Today I saw a female graduate solved knot theory unsolved problem in a week..
I really feel fked up because the discovering of unique thing is probably low enough and now my chance of solving open problems are even lower.
I was really born in wrong generation
God choose me for solving Reimann hypothesis... I know I asked a stupid question in se which is kinda shame
If I already had drew the diagram then I wouldn't need to ask a stupid sht in se
I am really stupid dumb trash piece of useless stufff
I am disappointment of my family
I can't being honour to my family who was and will always be peasant 😢😢😢
Sorry mom I couldn't be an extraordinary teenager
I hope I can be
Look people in stackexchange with my same age is better than me
Oh the reason is you couldn't afford me a freakin math undergraduate book if I could access earlier then I would already finished my undergraduate courses look what have you done

So actions on this site can only be scrutinized by perfect saints and thus can be effectively tolerated limitlessly, whereas anyone can judge people that are trying to maintain the site's quality.
Come on, if someone really cares about MSE so much, why not actively taking actions in person to guide users that have posted PSQs instead of only casting questions in this room but doing nothing outside in the question list in order to improve the site's quality?
@Saad The belligerence of this comment is not helpful, but I know you can dig out something objective you could really say.
@rschwieb Thanks. I have strong aversion toward insinuations, but I'd take your advice to rewrite it.

@T.S I'm not sure how "sockpuppet" could be considered an insult, although it is an accusation, so it's not nothing. I'm pretty sure any reasonable person is going to come to the same conclusion about a user who has no apparent activity on a site, and yet a lot of opinions about how it works and how people in it should behave. Perhaps you should really consider discarding the thin mask before things go much further and whatever credibility you might have had vanishes.

Q: Is there any definitive evidence that implicit solvation methods are more accurate than explicit solvation methods for free energy calculations?

Charlie CrownI am looking for real data that concludes that implicit solvent models are definitively better than explicit solvent models for solvation free energy calculations. The motivation is a lovely reviewer who has said this. Evidence that they are not statistically different is also valid. If this ...

Q: How to export a calculated Raman spectrum in Q-Chem, as a Gaussian profile?

Dmitry EreminDoes anyone know how to export a calculated Raman spectrum (my calculation was performed in Q-Chem) as a data-file, which can be used to plot the profile of a Gaussian-shape spectrum (in origin, excel, etc.), rathe than centroid data points?

Q: Should I buy a CPU or a GPU for doing calculations?

user1420303A few years ago there was a significant difference between CPUs and GPUs for performing calculations. It was quite clear when to go for a CPU or a GPU. Today there are GPUs with a very large number of cores and threads. I was away from the subject for a while. Is there still such a marked diff...
