@fixer1234, could you plz suggest me that how could I activate my older posts(answer) to that many could review it ?

@RajeshS, not sure what you mean by activate. Answers remain open unless deleted. The answer on the thread discussed above is still open. On deleted answers, if you delete it, you get an undelete button. If the community deletes it, I'm not sure if you see an undelete button below 10K on your own posts.

As far as review, posts from new users go to a review queue. New answers on old posts by new users (and maybe low rep users, I forget), go to a review queue. Posts flagged as low quality go to a review queue. For users >=10K, posts with unusual activity (votes, comments, etc.) show up on a collection of moderation tabs and encourage a look. Other than that, it's mainly people spotting new posts on the main page.

People sometimes post a question on SU Meta if they want to get feedback or support on a particular post. That's usually a case where a post has not been well received and they don't understand why, or how to improve it.
