Your question will need some specifics about what you are plotting and what functionality you might want. "What is the best..." questions can be closed as asking for answers that are primarily opinion based, and for needing more details or clarity.

@uhoh thanks! I was actually looking for opinions from people experienced in interferometry and imaging, and as such, I don't think starting a new question would be appropriate.

@lordparthurnaax if you are looking for any response at all, then this chat room is not likely to generate one. What you can do is ask a question as outlined above and then add to it that if there are opinions that can't be posted as answers, please also feel free to leave comments there, or reply in in The Obsevatory chat room.
