@AndrasDeak--СлаваУкраїні DOA started as a fighting game with a mostly female cast. From the start it was quite clear that they were aiming at fanservice (apparently the second game even has a dummied out NSFW "no clothes" version of a character that is still accessible by using Gameshark codes)
The series hasn't got many games - I think the last one is DOA 6?, yet at some point they managed to make a "spin off series" - no longer a fighting game, the spin off is basically "tropical beach with beach volley, minigames, hundreds of unlockable swimsuits (some released as dlc, so probably to buy everything you would spend the like of 500$) and photo mode". You probably get the idea.
As far as I know none of those spin off are officially available outside Asia but...
Wonder why the Asia version includes the option for English language.
Now, they are actually making some sort of romance visual novel style game.
I am just waiting for the inevitable media scandal
@b_jonas it is not like the son is any less cringe-worthy.
Listed as boyfriend in the comic notes - perhaps that detail should have been added later, not now when the characters are 9 years old.
He is randomly walking the streets when he sees a girl about his age sitting in a corner.
First things that comes to his mind:
yes, soon after he ask her if she need help but any faith in the character is already gone.
Does he help everyone or just cute girls?
Want to bet on the main character being blood related to the Elodie in the story?
Either because the mom IS that Elodie or because she was found/given to her "fake" parents when she was a child?
Want to bet that the reason no one found the book author is that she has the only copy of the book and the content is actually real history with names changed to look like a fairy tale?
