So... some years ago Udon made a Shatae artbook that is basically considered a legendary artifact by now.

Few printed copies, trash distribution...

Have been trying to get one since it was published to no avail.

Now, I heard that Udon had made some new Shantae merch.

I hoped for a reprint...

@SPArcheon-onstrike Are you sure? A lot of these extended versions flop because no game developer wants to release games for it when people already have the base PS5 model. Or it can even go like Nintendo, where Nintendo themselves require that every game has to work fine on the base models.

Ghost of Tsushima has some frame rate drops on PS4.

Sekiro actually plays fine on PS4 base, and it is kinda... uncapped on PRO. Which can cause problems due to unmatching frame rate and screen refresh rate (a game running at a fluctuating 40fps can cause input lag)

Elden Ring has similar issues but in that case the fluctuation isn't that annoying (mostly because the game is not parry focused)

You can also see that LOD distance is far better, but that is not the point

this comment made me realize another source of Nightmare Fuel.

Every single Fatui soldier had gray hairs.

you don't notice it until during Inazuma ark someone dies after using the Fatui's Delusion - items that mimic Vision to give elemental power but cause fast aging (about this, posted a theory somewhere else. Still stand quite well to later lore - it is probably a side effect of "outliving fate")

In Fontaine you have the first Fatui with regular hair.

I now realize that these probably come from the House of Heart specifically, a place that is basically an orphanage.

So these may as well be aged up kids.
