I mean, if I had to bet on an anime that a random person saw at least once, I would say Doraemon.

> Argonaut Games, a British game developer founded in 1982 by Jez San and closed down in October 2004, has announced its revival alongside a remastered version of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos due out for “all the current consoles” and PC in 2024.
Yes, the new generations need to see the glaring design issues that game had.
Who doesn't love a modern game that leans on gimmiks you can't know in advance and have to "die to" at least once?

Tried some lora for Amalia from Wakfu
this has a more "CG" feeling with more vivid/ lucid colors
2 messages moved to Trash
Amalia - Wakfu - PDXL LORA (Konan) - test 1, test 2
this is somehow "simpler".
Amalia (Admeruem) - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

(that said... how are the percentages even meant to work in that picture???)
@SPArcheon-onstrike Damn, I enjoyed the game when I was a kid... pretty annoying game don't get me wrong. Would be cool to play the remastered. Hopefully would be as good as the Spyro remaster
@Peilonrayz that game had too many artificial longevity gimmiks. There are quite a bit of levels that have a spot right at the end where you have to pick one of three choices and are unable to get the others without replaying all the level. One of the options has the mac guffin collectible needed for 100% completion, the others two don't.
and it is not even "random" so it is just there to make you waste a run on your first try.
It was decent for its era but it aged very badly.
Yeah, I do remember the game being a bit silly at times... I didn't 100% the game or anything as a kid for sure
And back then the "PC MASTER RACE" gang was like "BETTER THAN MARIO 64 CONSOLES TRASH PC RULEZ"
1997... I didn't realise how old Croc was. I defo wasn't allowed a PC when I was so young.

@SPArcheon-onstrike I prefer this version (just visually; no idea about the character)
@SPArcheon-onstrike there's no way this can be anything other than tan around a swimsuit...
it would also make sense with the surfer gimmick
@SPArcheon-onstrike my guess would be "percentage of users who have the character"
@SPArcheon-onstrike you mean you're guaranteed to fail the first time? That's worse than "random"... at least for the first attempt. In the long run random is worst.
but that does indeed sound like asshole design
