@AndrasDeak--СлаваУкраїні normally, cutscenes use the in game models. Sometime they use cg art when either they don't want to model something that is in the cutscene or they want to have a more artistic look

Here the answer is easy: the 3d models for those swimsuits probably do not exist at all.
