So my Q
https://webapps.stackexchange.com/q/172537
was closed as a duplicate of
https://webapps.stackexchange.com/q/4667/301323
but that's very far from perfect.
Answers are very close, but problems with close are:
1) my Q targets very different subjects: hiding local AD's and NCR, both not mentioned in duplicate at all.
2) Answers on duplicate are so obsolete, that it seems time to lock it rather than revive.
Necessary better solutions: 1) add Alternative questions (local AD's and NCR) in duplicate and "revive" it. 2) Mark duplicate as obsolete and move only working answer from it to question similar to mine which is more about up-to-date solution and about NCR.

@halt9k The question has several problems
There are so many that I suggest you start a querent journey, not a question, from scratch.
By the way, "AD's" it's not a common way to refer to advertisements on websites. The most common way is "ad" for the singular and "ads" for the plural. But don't trust me, ask on one of the English Language related sites of Stack Exchange.
You might have to make an itinerary to visit several sites because it might take you a while.
Or you might ask for guidance on how to use the Stack Exchange Network on Meta Stack Exchange.

Q: Google-Fu recent changes

RubénToday, looking at Google-Fu chatroom info, I noticed that our newest elected moderator was not a chatroom owner, so I added him. Sorry, Blind Spots, for the delay. This led me to think about the convenience of updating the chatroom description and tags. Suggestions? Top Tags Since the Tags page s...
