@0scar and anyone else with an opinion... these two comments from hgg2k, I am loath to delete them as there is some info there. Should I (or ask hgg2k to) move the entire comments to chat or put the link and/or transcript in the question (or as a comment to the question)? Or something else? I'm not sure what to do, what's your opinion?
The transcript is interesting feedback from Creality, but not essential to the question
Actually, I've just edited them into one... so maybe leave as is?

@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 @Trish @0scar @Sean Another topic: does anyone want to have a stab at rewording this question so that it could be reopened as a question about support structure? Or leave it on-hold and closed? 3dprinting.stackexchange.com/questions/7373/…

@Greenonline I can take a look when i get home if it's not done already.

@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 Ok, ta. I'm feeling guilty about closing it :-)

@Greenonline I see no way of fixing it... maybe dupe it to overhangs?

5:27 PM
@Trish @Greenonline - It's the hardest part of trying to edit someone else's question ... I always feel like I'm second guessing what they might have meant or are after.

@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 exactly... and I don't see "What is he asking about exactly?" - I know what one of the answers should be (enable support), but there are so many other things that could be the actual question. (is it possible? What is the best orientation?)

6:20 PM
@Trish - It is frustrating, to say the least. I want to be here and help people, but find a lot of people don't give you enough to go on, then don't come back to even see what's up after the fact.

@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 not enough info? Close as unclear.

@Trish - Agree.

We can't solve their questions, just ask them "Help us help you!"

@Trish - I don't think you're the first person to have thought or even said those words. We get a lot of questions on Mech.SE like: "I have a squeak. What could it be?" ... Argh.
They don't even give you basic understanding of what the car is (year/make/model/engine). Very frustrating.

@Greenonline The transcript does not add anything. I read the transcript, it is between a support member that has clearly no understanding of printers and a nice guy asking for support. It is funny to read.
