@hBy2Py Its a proportional integral controller.. and the problem is asking for the pressure deviation variable and the answer is given in psi.
I assumed that since its open loop the step change must mean a step change in the set point variable. And hence a step change in the error function.
And the reset time is the integral time constant
But I cannot get the right answer
And the output of the controller is in psi because its the pressure in the control valve manipulating the flow of cooling water
