Hi. For anyone here; more questions about Post-Quantum cryptography

How secure would you say this implementation of ring learning with errors is? Does this provide at least 128 bits of security? github.com/dstebila/rlwekex

Second question: Would it be possible to perform 2 exchanges to provide 256 bits of effective security for use with an AES key?

In other words; I want a post-quantum key exchange algorithm to transmit a 256-byte AES encryption key, with a minimum of 256 bits of effective security.
