Refutation: This doesn't answer the meaningless question, because it leaves out the explanation for why there is a God with an existential crisis versus none, which is what the question is (presumably) asking.
"could be explained by Simulation hypothesis" <- proposed form of answer; because someone decided for some reason to run a host simulation for which our universe is the guest.
