some one here help me understand why some times a lock appears on directories I create from the terminal

The lock you see on the directories is an indication of the access permission. You have most likely use the "sudo" elevation command, whereas the directory would be owned by root, and not you.

Add the code to ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css
This is the code that resolves the problem:

It's now easy to distinguish which window is active and where my terminals begin and end. Saves lots of productive time in trying to figure it out what's happening in the environment.
