So I wanted to bring it to someone's attention before I forgot.

User was asking if his numerical solutions to various simple binary arithmetic questions were correct to 4 decimal places.
I wrote a comment saying that they were all correct, and voted to close as too localized.
This was last night around 0230 UT

I don't know about that. It depends on the reason for closing.
I might answer a question and vote to close as off-topic so it would get moved to another site where it might get a better answer.
