Hey! I'm working on antioxidant capacity of phenols in tea for a project and I used hydrogen peroxide radical scavenging to quantify antioxidant ability, looking at absorbance at 390nm. However, for my blank, I need to look at absorbance of phosphate buffer at pH 7 at 390nm. Can someone help me with this?
