@glS i've probably done this on some truly garbage questions that should be closed anyways, i didn't know that it moves it out of any queue and at least on my end it was all in good faith (like this trash needs to be closed but at least allow the OP a chance to tidy up). now that i know it dorks up the queue i'll be more hesitant to make such edits. to be fair though the review queue guidelines are a little tricky especially for first postings.

@MarkS that's fine. Questions to be closed often do need some edits anyway, it's just the system's fault if this hinders the closing process. I think the only issue is when the edits are really trivial. Like, editing (nontrivially) titles or tags is fine. Editing the question to make it better and fit for the site is obviously also fine. But like editing small, mostly irrelevant typos is stretching it I think
