Right i am exporting data into excel sheet and then into MS EXCEl Sheet.

So unfortunately I think you have to talk with someone on the side that administers DB system access. They need to confirm what you are connecting to and authenticating with is accurate. If the system is not accepting connections with all the parameters they gave you then you must ask them why it's not working.

So they tell you how to connect, you give that a try and cannot get it to work with the correct parameters testing the connection, then to me it sounds like they gave you inaccurate information so reach out to the person that gave you the connection information to begin with too.
