A: Difference between "game" and "sport"

The first time I posted, I ended my answer with...
And that, is the way games and sports are different.
Because that is exactly the way I will say it. However, on my second thought, I decided to remove that comma after And that.
Now I wonder, "Do I really need to remove that comma?"
Any comment?

A comma would not normally appear after "and that".

If you put it there anyway, a speaker will probably read it as a pause, emphasis on that.

@DamkerngT. Pausing there is pretty common, but I think it would more often be marked with visual emphasis on that. I guess bold on ELU, since italics are usually reserved for the use-mention distinction there

Sometimes I know words to express the same thing in two languages, but I've never thought of them as related before, so it takes me a while to figure it out.
