Plugin enqueues scripts like this:

How do I deregister and change the URL of quicktags (handle) without messing with the plugin?
Doing this, still breaks the plugin:

Without trying it for myself, I really couldn't tell. From what I can gather though the plugin is enqueueing scripts in the wp_print_styles hook and I don't know how you're doing it.
