Seriously. Some people just use the review queue to have access to newly asked questions, while too lazy to edit them. Can't wait to get access to 'review review queue'.
Is there any other way than this chat to contact a mod?
There are people with over thousand of reviews, but only a dozen of suggested edits and even less comments or answers. And some of them always try to hit the daily 20 review limit.
@JackJohansson mods have the ability to parse that information from their contact area. They can go in and look at how many times within X time a review was completed
Was the second one that particular user you were talking about him, which is especialized in answering off-topic questions? I was about to flag him too. @fuxia
