Responsive Images in WordPress 4.4. Much better!

Looking forward to Nov 12th. Given that PHP 7 is faster, interested to see how fast hosting companies implements it.

Some shared hosts already implemented it though.

I don't really get why would anyone want to add to the srcset all the images auto generated by wordpress with no regard to how they were generated, but at least the infrastructure is there now and it is possible to play with it.

Are you saying they also use cropped thumbs and other sizes generated by e.g. plugins?
