@toscho Exactly. It breaks backwards compatibility. But only a problem if plug-in was expecting to add style tags: i.e. script_debug set to true (though that's not the only factor).
I expect they will say #wontfix for that reason though. A plug-in could have been clever enough (as I'm doing now) to see if style tags are needed... but that's not entirely reliable...
@toscho Actually, if the plugin is adding its own style tags then its fine. Its if they weren't that my patch breaks things. But if they weren't adding the tags themselves then it would break on standard live set up.
