ok, i also manually modified the DB so all old answers are UTF-8.

@Mego how can we get the 10 most recent answers and posts. is the best way to run two queries + manual filter on python side or is there some SQL JOIN magic we can do

also we should probably 1) add a date_modified field 2) update the date_created field and identify the first revision to get original creation date
