Sorry to be late to the table - I'm writing tonight and just starting (sigh). I was going to take "the interview process" as a good first step. My original thought was to do the view of the person looking for the job - since we get so, so many questions around that. But I like the idea of a 2 parter.

FYI anyone - I (finally!) started a blog entry - it's linked into a card in Trello - I'm glad to get early feedback - having attached to the Trello card would be easiest (chats aren't so good for streaming...
erg... sorry, chats are GREAT for streaming, chat's aren't so good for aggregating comments about a single comment over spans of time (English is apparently not my friend today)

@Ben Brocka - on the Trello site for this Blog, I recently moved a card from and idea to in progress and being worked by me. In that card, I've linked to a Word Document. Google docs is great - but it's only easy to get to from some of the networks I work on, and I'm so attuned to the Word GUI at this point, that I find it hard to get away from, especially when I'm focused on getting thoughts on paper.
